Martin is an Investment Banker and Film maker based in Victoria, British Columbia, & Los Angeles, California.  Victoria is located on Vancouver Island.  He is currently the CEO of Military Steel Corp.

He is the founder of Securitized Ventures and Mentoropolis; two companies that facilitate in the growth of young companies (See business page). 

In addition to venture capital, he has spent over 20 years as a Journalist, Producer, Author & Political Consultant.  He has experience in a number of industries including military,  publishing, entertainment, security, medical, computer, software, horticultural, & hospitality.

Martin holds number of directorships and advisory roles.  He Chairs the Advisory Boards for Clean Legacy & Fertilizer King and is a past Board Chair of Trafford.com.  He is also a member of the Union Club of British Columbia.  He also works closely with with CCC Investment Banking, Canada's leading independent mid-market investment banking firm.
